Donut King

Terrible customer service & slow like sloths. At first, hotdogs weren't ready around 10.45am and we weren't told when they would be ready (we had to ask). The attitude is really poor here from the person in charge. When we returned We had an electronic voucher for hotdogs and the manager argued with us that we shouldn't have pressed the redemption button - but there was a time & date stamp on the e-voucher. She argued we couldn't use it, but we insisted we had just pressed it a second before. Overall unpleasant experience. Maybe it was a hot day...?

DONUT GO HERE - Came here on Friday to kill time before the airport so we we're waiting in line and the guy behind the counter saw us when he was making someone else's order. Another customer comes up and he serves her before us. When we confronted him about it he said he didn't know. If you don't know how to ask 'who was next' then maybe its the wrong job for you. Clearly you did not look like you wanted to be there!

From the last review I saw from Brendan C. He was the rude customer not the employee. I was the one being served by Patrica and she had explained why she had taken the eftpos machine as he was TRANSFERING MONEY!! When there is a line of people waiting to pay I believe this young girl did the right thing and was very polite. Have been to dfo plenty of times and the staff are amazing and fast at what they do when busy. Donuts are delicious and fresh as always.

Nice staff but the doughnuts and food are horrible and expensive. I ordered a $5 Nutella doughnut expecting something warm and with Nutella inside it. Instead I got a cold doughnut with nothing inside it and with a small dollop of Nutella on-top, very misleading. Got a mint earthquake shake and it was the weakest milkshake I've ever had. Worst part is that it costs $8.

Can confirm the staff are rude. Was waiting for service, Hayley saw I was there waiting, walked into the back room an shut the door and looked out. These people have no courtesy at all and this was at 9.15 in the morning. All the other stores are open. Hayley this one is for you, today you are a star, a one star....

This had to be one of the worst donut experience I have ever had. I ordered this expensive thick shake that costed an outrageous 6.20. I was just dumbfounded to find out that was the price of the small. Later when I tried to drink this I found it was literally just ice cream and malt extract, this was undrinkable with the flimsy straw that was supplied by the arrogant chasier. Pathetic. Would not go again. No too much royalty from this king.
