The apartments are very centrally located, less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre and in the heart of the laid back West end district. The studio apartment included a kitchenette hidden in the wardrobe which made the overall look very clean. We booked into West End at 2pm and found the staff extremely pleasant. We've enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay again without any hesitation.

Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, great location with free underground parking, absolutely loved it! Had an issue with temperature spikes in the shower, which they promptly investigated and we were given a key to separate room and given the choice to swap or simply use the bathroom facilities. Really superior service. Can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back.

The location was perfect for us; just a short walk from the train station, and the theater district. Each apartment has washer/dryer which would come in handy for longer stays. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is free car oak for those who come by car. I would definitely recommend this place, and will stay here again if in the southbank / west end area.

We stayed at the West End Central apartments for a couple nights and were very impressed. The studio room we stayed in was spacious, modern and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was very professional and friendly, and they made it a really pleasurable stay. We will gladly stay here again the next time we're in Brisbane.

LOCATION: Great location in West End Brisbane. 700m to the railway station (South Brisbane is the closest). An easy train ride from the airport. Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. Walking distance to Southbank. ACCOMMODATION: We booked a two bedroom Appartment. It was spacious and clean. Two bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher with a good size kitchen and enough cooking and other utensils. The second bedroom did have a ceiling fan but not an air conditioner, which wouldn’t be great in summer. A fresh coat of paint wouldn’t go astray.

Fantastic location & reasonably priced. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very clean, comfortable & we'll presented with full laundry & kitchen available. Housekeeping staff did a great job every day & were very helpful & obliging. I highly recommend these apartments with so much of interest within easy walking distance.

I stayed here for a month for work and have the following observations: Good. The whole apartment was very clean and looked as if it had recently been refurbished. Main bedroom had a door to the bathroom as well as a little walk in robe. Definitely worth considering if working in or visiting this part of Brisbane.

Rooms are a little tired, the bed in particular had seen better days. Location was good though. Misleading advertising saying there's a spa in the complex when in fact it's been filled with concrete and the pool wasn't very clean. But the most disappointing part about our stay was the fact that I left a phone charger in the room and after calling the property to organise collecting it I was told it wasn't in the room..... total and utter lies. Merry xmas to the housekeeper who decided it was an early gift from santa.
