Mura Train Sushi

It takes a while for service, I want to thank the younger waitress for noticing I wanted to order take out. If it wasn't for her, Mura would have lost a customer. Sashimi should be a bit fresher but it's ok. Since it comes out of frozen it loses its quality taste. I suggest keeping small quantities for Sashimi and if sold out at a given time, at least you keep it's quality and good taste.

Service: Extraordinary good service of staff here, has a stable serve of food on the conveyor belts , the speed of ordering is not slow either. For food: Some of the rice rolls are kinda australized , and well there are katsu sushi , teri stuff etc. Never tried those, not sure if thats good. However, their salmon(both normal and aburi) is extremely up to the expectations of it's price. The scallops are as nice as well, truly grilled, real good. The best of all, however, belongs to the eel sushi, or unagi as in Japanese. The sauce blends well with the fish and you can really taste out the four layers. The fish is big enough and grilled properly, and can battle with those bars in Japan. Nothing i can pick on the eel sushi here, just try it and you know how real unagi should taste like. Drinks are at reasonable $3-4 dollars, not bad at all. I got a ramune and yea that's about it
