Gloria Jean's Coffees

Ordered a hot Rocky road drink and was charged almost $9 even though I have had it 5-6 times before it was around $5. She seemed to think it was okay to give me the largest size without asking and added coffee without asking as well? It's supposed to be a non caffienated drink as the menu states. Usually they add marshmello but there was none. I paid almost double what I usually pay and literally didn't taste anything like rockyroad. I wanted to throw it out after the first sip as too much caffiene makes me sick but didn't want to waste it. Usually it's really nice. I don't think I'll come back to this store after this experience.

Won't be coming back here. The advertised prices are only in take away cups. If you want the privilege of sitting down with a ceramic mug you have to pay an extra 40 cents. So G.J charges nearly $6.00 for a cup of coffee. Plenty of other coffee shops to choose from which don't rip you off will get my business from now on.

The coffee was overheated past the regular 60-70 and I hadn’t asked for extra hot. There’s no vanilla in the vanilla latte and I watched her ignore the fact that she was incorporating too much air as she steamed the milk. Drinking it, it’s unevenly bubbly and so horrible. The smashed avo is not avocado. It’s a filler like cream cheese and then like coloured with the smallest amount of actual avo. I asked her to take out the cheese if there was any (presumably feta). Ironically for me, it’s literally MADE of cream cheese. What an enormous disappointment. Maybe it’s new staff I don’t know, but I’m not coming back.

As compared too other Gloria Jeans store this one store was a great disappointment . The hot chocolate was 5 stars. My wife and I order the Scotch filet Burger . the toast was was cooked solid so it was very hard too eat. We where given bread and butter knife s and fork to eat the burger with. I had to ask for a steak knife on taking it out of the napkin my knife was dirty it had greasy fingerprints on the blade. At the end and during the meal at. No stage did any of the staff came up to us and asked if we wanted any thing else . This is not the service we have had at other Gloria Jean's Coffee. We will not be going back to this store. And the Scotch filet was full of grisell, and tough. Not worth the money we paid. We would have got better meat at mac it's.🐽
