Burger Urge

Burger urge is often perilously busy - but the place is reliable. They do make good burgers. Price wise it could be considered slightly more expensive than the competing food chains around it - but portions are large. Vegetarian options are almost invisible if they exist at all. All that being said - burger urge is a fun place to visit for lunch with friends. The store I visit had a makeover recently and has a much lighter more airy look than it once did.

UPDATE: Originally rated four stars, however after my experience today I have to change that. Came in around 1pm, not many people around. Ordered three burgers and one onion rings basket. We were under the assumption that we would receive chips along with our burgers as we did originally when we came about 3 months prior, but found out this was not the case. After waiting almost 40 minutes, despite there being very few people around, we received our burgers and side completely cold. The burgers themselves were decent, however I did order a white bun but instead got whole grain. Additionally the current special, the "Fat Elvis," was not only small but very sad looking, with the patty significantly smaller than the bun. As much as I enjoyed the previous experience, this was shockingly bad. Couple that with the extremely high prices, you do not get what you pay for. Would not recommend especially when many other options exist on the campus.

Not bad, not great. Their portions for chips are quite small but burgers are always changing and (good) different. Most staff are friendly but there's one particular lady who is really rude/indifferent and I've told that to her twice now. I'm sure many people will know who I'm talking about. Thanks for staying open late.
