Today I popped in to my cookie fix and couldn’t pay by eftpos due to a malfunction with the stores eftpos machine. After several attempts & restarting the machine I was gifted the treats at no charge. I would like to personally put a shout out to the girls JADE & KERRI for all they did this afternoon. They were both super friendly as soon as I walked in, prompt at serving me and extremely professional & kept calm with the difficult and stressful situation. Keep up the amazing work ladies (to the manager these two need a pay rise for their efforts!) :) bonus points tue cookies were super scrumptious xx

Worst grilled wrap ever! They are all taken apart, haven't wrapped properly. 3 girls on sunday morning definitely need more training. Didn't know how to make subs, even normal footlongs...

Honestly one of the fresher subways in terms of ingredients the service staff was also really presentable and friendly I believe his name was Josiah, and he made a quality sub. :) 10/10 would recommend

My partner and I absolutely LOVE this subway store! We travel half hour just to come to the Oxley Subway store! Every time we've been in, the staff are super friendly, all different staff members too and high consistency in quality of service, happiness and professionalism! Thanks guys for the awesome service and friendliness! The subs are always made perfectly and the ingredients are ALWAYS fresh! Thank you!

It's embarrassing, but I honestly haven't been to Subway in about 15 years... I had no idea what to order today and how it all worked. The guy who served us was so helpful, showed us the different bread types, the different meats and explained the menu. Made us feel very welcome. And the subs were pretty good too. Great experience here.

Great store to get your subway, staff are friendly, generously portioned and good looking subs, never had an issue from this place, I particularly go to this Subway rather than the other stores in the area as they have always done a good job, keep it up guys :)
FYI - Don't recommend online ordering/delivery services, just go to the store and watch them make it and it will be done right 👍
