Nando's Southbank

Good service. Ordered avocado burger which was ok. Absolutely nothing was special about that burger. Chicken was over cooked as well. I would not buy it again. I love nandoz but was diappointed by the burger. I should've rather just order lemon & herb or peri peri hot chicken by itself as I always do.

Had a recently poor experience with a DoorDash delivery when my girlfriend and I ordered Nando's a few weeks ago. We were granted a whopping $65 gift voucher as compensation, and decided to spend it on heaps of delicious goods at Southbank Nando's. Always have had great experience with this branch, and staff are always friendly, funny, fast, and most of all helpful. Big props to the manager, she is a legend. Not only did we receive all our food swiftly and cooked to perfection, but were also given some free dessert for our troubles. Can't wait to dine in here yet again, love your chips and seasoning. KFC ain't got nothing on these guys! Keep up the excellent quality service 🤩

Service was terrible and we weren't assisted with ordering, we had to do it on line and then when I asked to pay cash they stated we don't take cash, you have a phone use that. Then the rubbish was blowing everywhere and I watched a bin bird (even though they are no one's friends) get there head stuck twice in rubbish from the restaurant. When I approached a staff member they were not happy to clean up. They were lucky we were hungry and the food was good. Good food, super super bad customer service and no apologies for a half hour wait on out food.

I ordered mixed platter, salad and seriously large chips. Chips came half cold and half warm. I asked the girl, she said she will change it for me, she came 2 minutes later and brought me m the same plate. Was very disappointed to see such service, particularly when you are in an area with a lot of competitive cafes

I waited almost half an hour for a wrap and two regular chips. Only after I asked where my food was did the girl aggressively drop the food in front of me. The service was terrible and the wrap was hard on the edges and soggy in the middle with barely any salad. This was the second time I’ve received poor service here, I won’t be returning again. I wish I could give a 0.

Don’t come here for nandos when there are so many choices in south bank. They are incapable of managing orders while the restaurant was not even half full. The estimated ready time was 1:45pm but we didnt get our food until 2:20pm, which was 50 mins waiting time. Meanwhile heaps of people still waiting and looking hangry like us. The Burgerurge next door was same busy but my partner got his food in 10 mins.
