I have worked in multiple hospitality positions, many including the preparation and cooking of chicken. I would have never served this quality of food and if my TLs had ever caught me serving chicken that was as nearly as burnt and charcoaled as the chicken tenders my pregnant wife ordered from Thr Barracks Oporto, I would have been fired. Each of the four tenders were double coated with a black, sticky tar-esque charcoal coating that we had to peel off before being able to attempt to eat the slaughtered bird.

We ordered 4 meals for delivery through their website. Not only did they delay the delivery time, making us wait nearly an hour (instead of 30mins), but only 3 meals came. We called, talked to the owner and he implied we were lying and denied to give us a partial refund. This is the second time something like this has happened.
