What an experience I had today Mecca's. I ordered my usual large cap today to receive a room Temperature coffee. I then ask for a new one to receive a warm cup (still not hot) of milk. Yes, just milk! To then ask for another to receive a coffee that tastes like coffee, still just warm but now is only just over half full. Because I like spending half an hour trying to get a coffee. Very very annoying. Its just like ordering your chips and receiving half the bag full. Lol Pretty bad. One of the managers on was helpful so I appreciate that, but still, not something customers want first up in the morning. If I could post a picture of my half full coffee now the foam as settled, I am sure most people would be as frustrated as me.

Absolutely feral, bathrooms were disgusting, not a single clean table, took a guy like 5 min to clean 1 table. Waited 20 min, thought we'd at least get fresh food, nope, fries were cold and stale, nuggets were only just warm, drink not full, they didn't give me the bags of cookies I ordered. I'm astonished a maccas could be that bad, will never go back here.

Last night I waited 30 minutes in the drive through, with no way to even reverse out of a line that was not moving. When placing the order, the staff member was abrupt and no apology was given for the wait. Upon waiting at the window to collect our order, the staff did not recognise our presence at the window and we waited another nearly 5 minutes until they passed us our order, with not 1 apology for the wait or a simple “thanks, have a good night”. I understand they may have been under-staffed and very busy, but this was no doubt the worst customer service I have seen. As locals to Kangaroo Point, we will never be returning to this franchise again.

Constantly forgetting parts of my order. I order delivery through uber eats from here, and have consistently for almost two years. In those two years, I think I have only had 1 or 2 orders that was NOT missing something. Last time they missed all 4 fries, this time they forgot the whole burger. Like how the heck do you forgot to put a whole burger in an order? It would be fine if it was an occasional thing but it happens 90% of the time or more when you order from here. Just gonna start ordering from some place else, even if this place is closer.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Asked for Hotcakes (didn’t realise for some ridiculous/s****d reason they stopped making them other than for breakfast) was snapped at for even asking (I’m obviously very dumb for not knowing) - this was after the girl pretended she didn’t understand/hear what I was saying the first 10 times I asked/repeated myself. Snarky and snippy - could have just said “sorry we only do them for breakfast now” but that would have obviously been asking too much.
