Bombay Bliss

Ordered food a couple of times, every dish was delicious except for one time the Dal makhni we ordered was a disappointment. The owner of Bombay Bliss at Manly West immediately rectified this. He gave us the same delicious Dal Makhni with roti for free. We are very impressed with the customer service received. Thank you!

The worst Indian food that I have tried in Brisbane. We ordered the chicken biryani by Uber eats. I can’t tell how badly this food was cooked. The rice itself was not cooked. And I can never say that was biriyani because a biriyani is a beautiful flavour infused rice. However what this restaurant served was just a rice mixed with some curry with no flavour at all. Would never order from here anymore.

Tried these guy's for a takeaway meal and found the food to be wonderful, Serving size content does need improvement as there seems to be a lot more sauce than meet in the dishes. Paying online is no good as they double charged for our meal and it took 3 days for it to be refunded which is completely stupid. Meals are quite expensive for the area as well, But the food was very well balanced on flavor and spice.

To whom it may concern, This is saddening to write. I dined in at the 'restaurant' a month ago. Upon arriving there I was greeted with a nice young staff member. I ordered dinner with my family and while doing so, I was surprised as I looked up to see two leaks in the roof that was splashing on the cutlery on the table beside us. I saw a cockroach running along the ground and found rice stuck to the plate when it was brought out to me. The cups that were put on the table previous to our visit looked like they had been there for a while. The menus felt quite disgusting and my wife did not want to touch them. As a person that values the importance of cleanliness and hygiene, I find it quite revolting that I paid quite an expense for this service. Looking back on this experience, the place was quite crowded as there was only one staff member on. I felt an immense amount of sorrow for her as I heard voices yelling at her from the back. Never again. Foul.

Very bad service, i bought and picked up 2 large butter chicken take away's and when i got home there was only 1 large butter chicken. So i called them and told them i only got 1 large butter chicken so they said they would deliver the second butter chicken out to me immediately. 2 hours later i eventually got it with a rude bash on the front door and the delivery driver was the owner of Bombay bliss and he was rude buy saying i should have got uber eats to deliver it so he didn't have to, when he's the one who stuffed my order up in the first place .
