Tastes great as usual and the customer service was great, not to mention the speed they were serving everybody at was incredible. Although I was disappointed that there was no spicyness at a present in my burrito :( it still was worth the ride

significant wait for being the only person in the queue. I ordered a burrito and they gave me a burrito bowl. the person who took my order told me it was my fault for not hearing her say the word bowl. But by that logic it's also her fault for not listening to what I ordered and who shouldn't blame the customer for something that is at least 50% your fault. the chief was nice and apologies for the mix up and rectified my order very quickly.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
The mini burrito bowl costs $8 and all you get is rice, 3 tiny bits of chicken and a tiny bit of black beans that they didn't even bother to drain. You can't even taste the flavouring as all you can taste is the rice. When I asked staff why there was so much rice and so little chicken, they argued and pulled out scales and weighed the entire bowl and said it meets the 300g requirement. I said that's because it's filled with rice, but they just continued to argue that it was correct. They didn't even offer a refund. I will NEVER go here again. The staff are rude, and stingy. They are obviously only focused on making a profit and don't care about the quality of their food or their customers.

The best burritos on campus and lovely service from the team. A breakfast burrito is a great way to start the day. Make it spicy just for a bit more kick. The nacho fries are a once-a-week treat. Liz and the team their provide great service with the Latino touch.

If you like big heavy burritos this is the place for you. The convenient on campus location and rewards program for repeat visits all add in its favour. Super busy during lunch times and the greasiness of the burritos can cause you to get sick of it. Overall, well done.

Not my first time and I’m usually quite happy with the food but I just had the most terrible quesadillas in my life. Got the 3 for $11 quesadillas and got a box of disgusting mess. The flour wrap was charred and oily. This is not acceptable, especially on a Saturday noon when it’s not even busy😡😡😡

Passable burritos. 1/2 the size and 2x the price of Chipotle burritos in the US, but there's nothing else around so bite the bullet.
The tasty free hot sauces are preventing this from being a 2-star review.
