The newly upgraded market square is lovely, it feels spacious, clean, many seatings, and the big plus is the new multi story carpark! I don’t have to park kilometre away in a dark street just to have dinner here. I love it! Thank you. There are many Asian cuisine to choose from here and you can do you grocery, but your vitamins, have a hair cut, buy meat, have a coffee, or even buy jewellery. After so many years of coming here the upgrade of this place is a real bonus

What a great place to meet friends and have such a enjoyable meal together. We ate at I Thai restaurant. Fantastic loved it loved the meals and size portions. Great service. Highly recommend this place.

Went with fam and friends and found seating easily. Plenty of amazing choices of food and drink. Prices were very reasonable to cheap. We will be returning soon. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Roti Busy has great food and live entertainment. RJ unplugged was playing there Saturday evening.

My family and I loves this place. There really is something for everyone - unless someone wants generic franchise fast food. But if that's the case, you wouldn't be at Sunnybank anyway. Durian gelato Vs soft serve cones. Need I say more?

The new development is ... interesting.
The old ground level space is the Market Square we've known and loved for years, just better.
But the new building is a strange ugly eyesore. It's ugly on the outside, and a really strange space on the inside. It's like a deserted vertical ghost town wrapped around and looking into the really steep carpark, with lots of useless voids, and clunky access between levels.

Burlington is still the best place to buy roast pork, roast duck, roast soya chicken , pork fillet charsiew and other exotics, staff of guys and girls excellent, and helpfull. Food is extra fresh and good price.
