Zambrero Cannon Hill

Burritos are normally kinda small but now they are tiny, you'ld need to eat at least 3 or 4 to have a meal as they are only the size of a taco. Also the guacamole on my was quite old and brown as if it had been sitting out for quite some hours but it’s only 1pm so you'ld expect it to be fresh seeing how it’s lunchtime. Complete waste of money, would suggest you order food from literally anywhere else.

Severely underfilled regular burrito. The staff at the store tonight were incompetent at making a burrito or delivering proper customer service when asked to fix the issue. Management must train their junior staff properly as this standard is poor value for money, considering we are paying $24 for this. They put on the bare minimum of all fillings and left the burrito tasting highly underwhelming. We are regulars to this zambrero and this is not the standard we are use to- highly disappointed.

Staff seems confused and poorly trained. Seemed more interested in talking than serving waiting customers. When we finally got served the scoops were only half filled, and it was luke warm. New menu and special items not handled well, not helped by the on site advertising being wrong according to the senior staff member.

Last time I will ever buy food from here. Worst burritos I have ever had. Completely under filled and wrapped wrong. When opened the whole burrito just fell apart. Staff need to be taught how to wrap a burrito. Looked like an absolute slop. Something I wouldn’t even feed to my dog. Waste of $41. Don’t waste your time going here.
