Chipmunks Playland- Underwood

When I first walk in it looks good. I was thinking no wonder it’s a little bit more expensive than other indoor playground. But when I walk inside of the playground. It looks really old and dirty. Most important lots of safety hazard for kids. I end up took some photos of a few area in the play ground ( there are more) . I think we done for this place. Staff are friendly thou.

Great place to take the kids. Totally engages them with many activities including climbing, building, train ride, and slides etc. Parents can see most of what goes on from the comfort of the restaurant seating area. No food allowed, have to purchase from centre. No problems there. They also have great ☕ coffee. Kids had a ball. Ages from babies to 10years. Gated areas for different ages groups keeps the little one safe.

Great experience for my family. Will definately go there again! Had a fun time watching my son enjoy the different variety of play areas. To the food we bought which was at an affordable price and very filling! The staff are very friendly and helpful with ensuring the place is clean and in order! Definitely a 10/10 and would recommend this to anyone with kids!

Entry fee was ok at $8 per child mon-fri But the seating area was super crammed barely could fit a pram next to our table, paid $2 per child to ride on pirate ship, they made the kids wait and they were getting restless in line and then once started it was on for 1minute only bought an “iced coffee” thinking I’d get the real deal but they gave us bland plain coffee with no sweetness with ice cubes in it -_- an iced coffee is usually made using coffee, ice cream, milk and ice blended with whipped cream topping....but hey what would we know
