Pizzeria Violetta

Had the Margherita and Diavola pizza for delivery, both came with the thinnest layer of tomato sauce, and maybe 2-3 basil leaves between the two. Our Pizzas definitely didn't look like the displayed photos, or what other patrons have posted. Also the calamari was paper thin; mostly batter. Not sure if they were just running low on produce, or if deliveries are treated with less care.

Fantastic service - definitely my go to for pizza. Fresh and authentic, unlike big chain pizza. Also, amazing customer response. I have to watch my diet and use an app to track what I'm eating. I wrote to them and asked if, by any chance, they have a nutritional breakdown of the pizza I like to order. Call me an optimist, I know. But I got a letter FROM THE CHEF saying that they don't have a breakdown, but he sent me all the individual ingredients so that I could enter them and track what I'm eating, as well as a suggestion that if I wanted to lower my sodium I could order it 'white' (without the tomato sauce). I know, right? What business even does anything like this anymore? I'm totally impressed with these folks. They do their own delivery, and it's always pretty quick. The restaurant is also lovely, (and their duck pancakes are amazing). I'm happy to give 5 stars. I hope you enjoy their food and service as much as I do. Say yes to local business!

I am from out of town for work, and my coworker and i were in the mood for some pizza. This restаurant was close to our hotel and we booked a table for dinner. The thin crust was perfect, and the toppings were great. My coworker was happy with his gluten-free pizza too. Very nice atmosphere and good service. Next time i am in the areа, i will definitely be back!

Our first trip to Brisbane and heard this was a must-visit. Wow we were not disappointed. Welcoming atmosphere and hospitality with very friendly staff and fast service. Our group of 5 split 3 pizzas and were satisfied with the portions and pizzas were all amazing. They were light, tasty and exactly how it should be. We left happy customers feelings less like tourists and more like loved locals.
