Did someone new make my order?? Seriously disappointed. Ordered 2 subs off of Uber eats and it was ridiculous how little of each serving I got. Are we trying to save money? What was the point in asking for carrot if I got like 6 grated pieces?? I had lettuce up like one end only. And tuna? What’s that? I couldn’t even taste it there was so little. The pictures honestly look like I’ve scraped it off. I’m still in disbelief how subway thinks this is okay? I didn’t understand that we were rationing our portions. Are you trying to tell me I should watch my weight? Genuinely confused. Maybe tell whoever made this that they can go a little heavier next time. Pics for reference of the lack filling.

Despite the extreme pressure from a building line and a lot of orders. Staff were methodical, quick, and very polite. Sandwich was also of a very high quality. Alex and Katie (I think that's who served me), you're doing a great job!

Ordered sub on Uber eats as my vehicle is to big to go in store. Paid for a foot long meatball melt but received a cold pizza sub. Tried contacting on several occasions with no answer.

Love the food! Its always fresh and the staff are very welcoming and friendly, we also get exactly what we order.. and it's always so delicious

The staff were excellent with their service. Close by and easy access, parking space out the back. The store is accessible directly from the car park allowing an easy walk through even during rains.

Don’t waste your time, park has awful operations. No incentive to get trains out fast because then they sell more express passes.

I’ll start this review with, the food is great here. No complaints. This review relates to more serious things.
Firstly the staff are in a constant rush and don’t listen to the instructions and then get annoyed when you try and say the instruction again. Slow down guys and take the time to get the instructions properly. Subway have a good name for making a decent sandwich. Rushing only creates issues.
Finally, as I was in getting my order today, the young guy serving the old guy beside me did a serious covid breach. He coughed straight into his food prep glove and with the same hand, put it into the veg and put it on this guys sub!! The manager pulled him and said cough into your elbow, but none of the produce was taken out and replaced!
When I said it to the manager I got a very abrupt response and was less than willing to rectify the situation.
