The Coffee Club

I’m always impressed with the friendliness and service at DFO Jindalee Coffee Club. ALL the staff are amazing, however, some days they are just plan exceptional. Recently there were three staff working a Sunday morning when they were absolutely slammed by the number of customers. The team worked together, kept good spirits and attended to everyone as efficiently as possible. The pressure eased once the 10am staff arrived. Well done to all concerned!

Extremely arrogant and discourteous staff at the counter. Clearly ordered sweet potato fries got served potato wedges and on top rudely told 'that's what you ordered'. After being seated with an elderly 80 year old we were curtly told 'sorry guys you'll will have to move to outside dining area' as we need to vacuum as we are closing soon...no thought for the discomfortcaused to the elderly. . Just experienced a new low in customer service....never returning here.

My friend and I had brunch there, really poor service, I had the cesear salad that was very poor, I was asked about anchovies and I wanted them and them when I got my salad there was none, I had to ask and was then told they didn't have them, they didn't dry the lettuce and there was water throughout my salad, the croutons were soggy and bacon over cooked and not much of it. My friend and I both became sick after eating here. I would not recommend eating here as you are liking to get sick to.

i’ve been coming to this coffee club a lot more lately and have been delighted every time! Staff are always kind and friendly, working to ensure all your needs are satisfied. Food is always delicious and, of course, so is the coffee. You really can’t go wrong with this coffee club location! thanks Ricky!

I have the most embarassing order of your life here. Its enough, if the brand were to find out, you'd be shut down for sure. I don't know what kind of kids you have running this place, but if I order pancakes from your well known brand, please don't send me dry, stale packet pikelets. Thought we had a lettuce crisis, not a situation where a total loss of anything resembling reality has occurred. I'm not even going to bother any further, its packet, pikelets, for my pancake order lol. I wish making money, running business, etc, was so easy. That you can produce this actual nonsense, get away with it, respond or not, do nothing, fraudulently continue to operate, do this and gosh know what else. Being one of just many many others who do it. Insane. This isn't a one star review, this is me publicly noting that you just committed an act of daylight robbery and were caught out for it. I'll upload a photo later for everyone to see. tldr; I just bought pancakes from "The Coffee Club", and I got store bought, uncooked, packet pikelets for full price with not a word said lol.
