Hot Cake House

Absolutely phenomenal and cheap hot cakes. Personally, the Oreo hotcake is my favourite but I have to give a shout out to the cheese and corn flavour. The hotcakes are always fresh and warm, you see them made right in front of you. My partner and I will make any excuse to go to Sunnybank just to go here.

How do they manage to sell these for such low prices? I hope it's not by underpaying their staff but the warm pastries are massive bang for your buck. They're much bigger and filling than macarons while being just as cheap, if not cheaper, than a chocolate bar. Be warned EFTPOS users must spend up to $5 in order process a transaction.

The hot cake is great unfortunately the attitude of staff isnt, like expected from any Sunnybank establishment. You just need to get to their level of rudeness to gain their respect, thats just the name of the game. Will i ever come again and order their hot cakes? Yes, i definitely will when i am angry.

nice store! i like the food served and the girl who served me was very nice and so sweet, but there was a problem with the payment so the girl said she would go get her manager, who refused to come out to speak to me, which i thought was very rude. the girl handled it very well but her boss ruined the experience for me.
