The quality was not good, chicken not cooked well, moreover meat was taken from a box and not heated and not cooked well. The customer service is not good...very bad rating don't even try plz

The spinach & feta roll was cold. We had to take it back to get microwaved. Makes you wonder if the food is kept at the correct temperature while being displayed in the showcase.

Service extremely slow. One order then make then serve, then make. Also said when I was trying to pay with cash, no small money pay by card. Then didn't allow me to put in pin just said I had to tap. I don't tap card.
Not a happy customer. People don't have 20-30 min just to get some food. Absolutely unimpressed with the poor service. No wonder always quiet & all other places are always busy they are way to slow. Would prefer to go that bit further to kebab shop at DFO.

I just had two kebab with the boy wearing hat , he is really good at customer service and kebab test awesome.

I just had three kebabs, all were not cooked well and tottaly cold.
I asked the lady who served me they are cold, she did not apologise and replied very rudely I microvaved them for 1 minute.
Wont recommend to go there, wastage of my money.

Kebab was not cooked enough, pretty much was just warm. The lady didn't give enough time for me to say what I wanted and then ended up putting something I didn't want on it.
