We don’t have an oportos in darwin So I was looking forward to giving it a go , waited in line to be served for 10 minutes but the menu overhead is very basic , got to the counter asked what other burgers were available, lady pointed to menu and kept servicing , served one person then I was ready she basically told me to line up again . Eff that , poor service , I left and went to soul origin , food and service great

After ordering our meal with chilli sauce we got the half chicken covered in the lemon and herb sauce. When asking for chilli sauce they told me they would charge an extra cost, which since we aren’t from Australia we don’t have extra change and were using our credit card. I then made sure the colour of the chilli sauce was orange not white, and our receipt did in fact say chilli sauce, they needed to take our meal back and show the manager, which her only solution was to give us the dollar sauce for free. Not a good experience with the service, but also the food was just mediocre, the chilli sauce was not good and we would much rather prefer Nandos.
