Unfriendly staff.
I dropped in to get a cake in QueenPlaza store. The staff even could not have a smile (all three of them) although it was just middle of the day which was so early for a tired shift. As my favourite bakery Breadtop could not have the size I wished for, I opted for this store. The customer service discouraged me to visit the store again (even I havent tried the cake I bought).

The queens plaza store looked as though it had a nice selection of large cakes and they looked quite appetising unfortunately when I went there to buy a cake for a birthday there were none in sight.

While I enjoy their coffee, I don't know why I have to pay an extra 50 cents just to have lactose free milk in my cappacinno.

The attendants are rude and impatient. Inacceptable in hospitality! I wanted to try the big cakes for my birthday but is not worh it.
