Terrible. Consistently forgetting items when ordering via delivery partner. Warm drinks in bag that are squashing the subs. Spent $40 on door dash for 2 sub and 2 warm drinks, thanks

Outstanding service, healthy, fresh & tasty food! The 2 young guys who were on the night shift tonight were brilliant, super friendly, organised & polite, it was nice to see them smiling as they worked & actively engaged with their customers & their waiting Uber riders - top people! This is why I love West End! We are regulars here & the food is always consistent & the prices are good value. I can suggest getting a Subway rewards card, as it’s FREE and actually gives you benefits, unlike other reward schemes. You gain reward points every time you order, the points add up quickly and then you get a healthy discount on your future order. You can download the app. Sadly, their rewards scheme does not apply to your Uber Eats orders!

Few options of Bread, the one i wanted was not available and needed to choose from what the got, the ingredients were'nt too fresh but overall you could do a sandwich without major problems.

I ordered two subs through menulog. both were cold and my veggie delight with avocado didn't have avocado. I also ordered ranch, chipotle and garlic sauce with my sub which i did not receive. As well as missing fresh tomato. Incredibly frustrating to get a wrong order with minimal other salads.

I unfortunately visited West End subway tonight at around 6.15 pm. Two young ladies were serving. I frequent the Turbot st, Spring Hill store 5 days per week and the quality at that branch is amazing as is the staff! I always have a large salad with two classic chickens heated up. The attendant didn’t understand how large a large salad was meant to be and when I arrived home after paying for a large salad with extra chicken we realised that the two salads were short of what a regular salad should have been let alone what a large salad is. The classic chicken was off and hard and crunchy and was obviously not fresh unlike all of my previous countless experiences at subway have been. Alarm bells should have gone off when the attendant attempted to slice the heated up chicken; attempted numerous times to seperate the slices but with very little luck, the chicken continued to clump. I mentioned to her as to how unusual that was as that they were all stuck together. I now feel very ill and I’m sure it’s from that meal even though we threw out our salads after a few bites. Also the attendant tried to tell me that a large salad condiments are the same portion that is put on a foot long subway which seems far fetched to me? The attendant was reluctant to put the salad into a mixing bowl to toss the salad and wanted to initially just layer the salad In the black plastic salad bowl. I specifically asked a second time if she had one, initially she had told me that they don’t have bowls to toss the salads in however after being promoted again, she retrieved one from the collection of three other bowls. My partner also paid for a large salad and she filled the salad barely half way up the container! Now every single time I’ve ever ordered a large salad, that salad is normally touching the top of the lid once the lid is on! Now that would be a large salad and worth the money that we normally spend!! Unfortunately quality control at West End is lacking in a massive way and some further training and quality control is needed. I will unfortunately never be visiting this branch in West End ever again!
