Domino's Pizza

Placed an order at the start of the week prepaid to pickup on Thursday night at 7:30pm for a large event we were holding down the road. Called Thursday afternoon around 3pm to confirm that the order would be ready to be collected at 7:30pm to cater for the event. First go the staff member hung up on us mid call, when we called back the staff member said yes they will be ready for you at 7:30pm. When arriving at the store the staff member said they didn’t bother making our order because they couldn’t confirm the order when we are running a large event and none of us are able to answer a call from this store when we had already confirmed the order earlier in day. The poor resolution from the staff at this store was free garlic bread and drink for the inconvenience caused which just simply is not good enough. How is it our fault that your staff can’t communicate? The store manager is very rude & inconsiderate to the fact that this is your stores fault & we are having to make over 70 people wait for food when this could have been avoided by your staff having communication skills. After waiting for them to stop cooking other peoples orders and fast track our order through we managed to get the pizzas 20 minutes later. When we got the pizzas back to the venue there was no indication which was gluten free or vegan which can cause a huge issue to someone who cannot have gluten. Mind you the pizzas were not cut. One pizza very under cooked as it’s clear they removed the pizza midway through cooking which we couldn’t serve to the guests. Another pizza over loaded with cheese it was ridiculous and running off the pizza. Was told the franchise of the store would contact me in regards to my complaint but obviously that franchise couldn’t give 2 cares about how his store runs. Will be taking my complaint in regards to this store further.

Nicole at this store was lovely. Seemed like they had a busy night but she was very good to me and made sure i left the store happy with my pizza and the store credit. The pizza was really good, the loaded pepperoni definitely was loaded with no complaints on my end. Cheesy garlic bread also not burnt and not overdone. Pretty much as perfect as dominos can get. Doesn't even deserve a single star rating. After reading all these reviews just realise that I don't think the owner wants to make any efforts to improve. It was a big big disappointment with my order. Pizza not cooked well & topping was just randomly thrown on just one side of the base. Cheesy Garlic bread was super cold & rubbery. Look like was cooked almost half n hr before my order Churros serviced without the chocolate dip. And lastly the customer service.. ... The manager was busy eating. So just looked at me , no greeting, no call out to the other staff to serve just nothing. As his Churros must have been quite hot and enjoyable that the customer wasn't that important that time.

The store is closed before 10pm on a Saturday night (no signs on door to show reasons why) even though they advertise they are open to midnight. Also if you order online and they have no staff, they will just cancel your order without bothering to call you or let you know, so you wait for a pizza that is never being made. Poor experience and service.

Very terrible service by Domino's Forest Lake. Requested curbside service, sat in the car at the front of store and checked in, with hazard lights on. Notified by App that delivered will be made, waited and waited. No customers inside and some staff gathered around talking. One staff outside smoking near the front door. 2m away from the front door( wearing Domino's uniform and black apron). Complaints about the staff smoking and Staff Holly didnt care. Asked about the curbside service. Staff Holly stated it doesnt work. Looked at my Pizza inside the car and it looked terrible. Topping slid to one side and pizza looked very oilly. I dont write many bad reviews but this one takes the cake, better to stick with Pizza Hut. Thanks to the teenage Staff group at Dominos Forest Lake for a Disappointing service! The staff are untrained with no customer service skills, Pizzas making in that store is terrible.

I ordered two of the standard size pizzas (large), both with cheesy crust. They both got delivered as the mini size. I called the Forest Lake store to try resolve the issue and I was told that due to the cheesy crust, the size of the pizzas have been decreased..? Firstly where has this been advertised if it’s something new that Dominos is doing? And secondly I called another store for a second opinion on this and they said this is incorrect. I usually am not the type to complain when I’ve been stitched up but this is pretty annoying.
