Seafood Hot Pot Buffet

Love, love, love, it is my go to for hotpot, added bonus they now include BBQ. So in the middle of the table you have BBQ and in front of you, you have your own mini hotpot. The amount of different food you can choose from is amazing. Their BBQ meat comes in normal or spicy marinate, both tasty. The seafood are plentiful and they have added more to their already well stocked cabinet. They have all kinds of meats, cooked hot food, seafood and vegetables. You will never run out of choice, the have drinks, fruits and dessert as well, all within the price of your all you can eat meal. The staffs are nice, however, it is a bit hard to communicate with them. The price has gone up and soup base is no longer included in the price, for two it costed over $113 on a Sunday for lunch. A bit expensive but I am glad we went.

Price is $47pp and the soup is an extra $5.80 each. Precooked Hot and Cold dishes are provided. A large selection of good quality Seafood, shaved Beef, Pork & Mutton, homemade Prawn, Lobster, Fish & Pork Balls. I see a Vegetarian Section and a large Sauce Station. Cold drinks, Coffee and Dessert is complimentary. Please note two weeks ago a BBQ Hotplate has been added to each table so this is now a Hot Pot and BBQ Buffet restaurant.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Incredibly expensive for what it is. There are far better restaurants. We couldn’t believe how much they charged us for what we ate. The food was tasteless. The waitress was unable to speak proper English, so we didn’t really know how everything worked or how much the food cost. We are extremely upset about this experience and even more after reading reviews about people talking about getting diarrhoea.

Was a very expensive night out. For myself, a 9 yr old, 10 year old and 11yr old (all non members) set me back $240 in total. How though? when all the prices shown differ, I thought I was going to be paying around $37+soup charges for 4. Not even. At that price I will never return here again. I think the mix up came when my nieces family couldn't all fit on their table and 2 adults joined mine. The front of house got confused because they have a one bill policy per table. Still my niece paid for the two that sat with me and they tried charging me again saying my original bill was $334. Good try! We did not waste any food and ate every plate we took back to our main table. We didn't go over our time slot either in fact it took about 15min for any waitress to attend to us after sitting, they left us with our tablets and did not return to us. Yes it was a busy dinner service but that time was ours. So my niece and I approached the front desk clerk with our tablets to begin our meals. After doing this we finally received our soups and begun. We returned from being out tonight, after attending the dinner service at 7pm. I haven't got off the toilet since and I hardly ever get a gammy gut...it's not pretty. The only positives were, it had a great food selection, my children loved it, and I saw family, but other then that the misunderstandings in the prices were not well explained? If I ended up paying for a family member or two fine but then who did my niece pay for? We were both there at front desk trying to sort who she already paid for with a reciept in hand. I just had to pick up the remainder but there were too many indiscrepencies over chargers that didn't add up. I definitely was not paying for $334 for 4 ppl. So I paid for what ever they said and walked away. Now I'm paying for it with gut cramping and toilet seat warming...it's not good 🤢😫☠️💩

Don’t go! Don’t go! Don’t go! 0 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am extremely upset about this experience, getting diarrhoea, now 4am I still in my toilet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never have hotpot terrible like this!!!!!!!! Soup base didn’t have any taste and flavors!!! Food and condiment is “Disgusting”!!!!!!! During dinner my stomach has been uncomfortable, 3 people have buffet, pay 170au, and still hungry!!! Because I just want pay money and go! Never come back!!!!!!!!!!
