Grill'd

3 times in a row now, I've tried to call ahead. Well outside of peak but still almost 2 hours within operating hours. It always rings out. Each time, I turn up and there's only a few customers with half the employee's twiddling their thumbs. The other half cleaning down the grill and packing up. So, I tried to call right in front of them before they served me. Nothing. I politely asked if their phone is broken. "Oh, we turn it off because we're too busy"! The kicker, both the chips and the burger are barely even warm once I get them. I let it go the first time as no body is perfect. But twice in a row. If you own this business, you need to sort your staff! I'll never know because I'll never be back.

Usually have a great time and meal here. But today it felt like my friend and I were interrupting a phone party. Dirty plates were on tables till I asked for them to be cleared, no cutlery on any of the tables outside, no offer of water, longer than usual wait with no other people in venue, patty was cold, server didn’t bring our food till she was done on her phone and having a convo with the cook. New shift staff were the ones cleaning up the mess of the patrons from the shift before. It’s these little but expected things that make a big difference when not demonstrated.

It’s a nice restaurant with great environment, relaxing music and beautiful views make the restaurant a great place to meet friends. The burger ( big queenslander ) was massive that I feel so full after I ate it, I was starving before that😂. If u sit outside u can feel the winds blow on you, which makes me love the restaurant, also the stuff were so friendly here. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to my friends~
