Coco Bliss

Ordered a flat white, when the girl who served me handed it to me she said "it's more of a cappacinno..." and then she laughed. As you can see from the photo she wasn't wrong after I scooped the froth out there wasn't much coffee... why did I have a second cup you ask? Because the girl who made it recognised that it was way too hot for a single cup and added a second. It tasted like long life milk it was so burnt. The thing is she knew she did it wrong... she just didn't care. Cocobliss does good bowls but this service is just poor.

If I could give no stars that would be the way I would rate this place. I ordered two small items from the fridge and a hot drink the Immune Tonic. The lady who served me gave me the fridge stuff and then decided to serve two other customers before getting reminded by other lady when I asked where my drink is. The Immune Tonic costed $4.50 and you get a x small coffee size serve. The lady did not even apologies that I had to wait for 10 minutes to get my drink. There was no smile or customer service. Just another rude overpriced hole I will never go to again.

I am usually not a complainer but had to leave a review after today experience with coco bliss. The staff is very unfriendly. I asked a question about one of the products and was barely answered at first, I had to ask many times to finally get an information - which seemed to highly annoy the girl at the compter. They didn’t fulfil my order properly and when I asked to get what I requested , the girl briefly responded to me before ignoring me... The staff working today was very snob and rude —> bad customer experience.
