A day after checkin returned to the room to find cleaners had thrown out all possessions and re cleaned the room. The booking was paid and arranged for 7 nights. Items were stolen and never replaced… management notified us the room number was not on that days roster to be cleaned. The hallways stink and I would not recommend. Review was written on booking.com and hotel had removed all comments. Don’t waste your time. Terrible view and balcony is way to windy.

I had a complete violation of my privacy! Do NOT go here if you are concerned with your safety! The cleaning staff unlocked my apartment to let guests walk in on me getting changed. My room had no internal lock and there was no knock from the staff. The guest claimed that my room was hers to the staff and they simply used their locks to let her in! I was horrified that simply anyone could get into my room based off just a claim to it. I didn’t stay any more nights out of concern for my saftey. This happened in February and still the management have not responded to my email or calls.

We booked the hotel on the basis of the photos provided by this website but ended up staying in a dark ground floor room with no view. This defeated our purposes as we chose this hotel for the view of the river to see the new year fireworks. The staff were unapologetic and unhelpful. We were still charged the high price of rooms with a view, which was not fair as our room was below the quality of a standard room.

I recently stayed at Cosmo Central Apartments for 3 weeks while working in Brisbane. The management and reception staff at Cosmo Central are exceptional. They are professional, helpful and friendly offering to assist in every way. As are the service staff, courteous and polite as they go about their work. The facilities, although not as new as modern apartments are spacious, clean, tidy, in excellent condition and functional and above all very comfortable. Cosmo Central is located close to businesses in the Milton area and a huge selection of restaurants nearby. Public transport- ferry, bus, and train services are all very close. Parking is available. Again, to Alice, Claudia, Jason and the rest of the Cosmo team, thank you for making my recent visit enjoyable, seamless and comfortable. Well done 👍. I would not hesitate to recommend Cosmo Central Apartments

My best friend and I stayed here recently (February-March 2021). Our room was placed right near the apartment bin disposal and the outside of the doorway smelled foul. We complained to the staff at the front desk, and requested to be moved. We were told there were no other rooms available, except one. We requested to be transferred to that room and were refused, because "That room had not yet been cleaned, and cannot be cleaned due to lack of house keeping staff." There were hardly any other guests (that we saw) in the apartments during the time that we stayed. The whole building was practically vacant. It is concerning that they are leaving their rooms unattended indefinitely. We understand that COVID has caused disruptions to service, but this was all unacceptable to us. Although the location is close to the city, and there are coffee shops and restaurants nearby - these apartments would have been quite adequate for the cheap price we paid; were it not for these unforgiveable circumstances.

Jason at the front desk was the BEST hotel concierge ever. So accommodating and lovely. Friendly and helpful. The hotel was also great. Compact studio with full kitchen, laundry in bathroom, balcony, amazing bed, dimmer lights, and flat screen. Great position and HEAPS of eateries along the street, close to bus and train too. Reasonable price. Parking was quite full during the evening. Weekends/evenings there's heaps of free street parking. Tv was in a strange position and couldn't connect to Netflix, but that was to do with the individual unit, not all apartments. I would stay again.
