One bloke there is amazing. If his not on I’d be Turning around because the rest of the staffs service and quality is that terrible that they could easily be replaced by monkeys.
To put it in a way that if one of their staff and a snake were competing to make the best quality sandwich and give the best service I’d put my life savings on the snake with no arms

Served by Lauren. Such a kind, helpful and nice approach. She is polite with beautiful manners and kept the patience while I decided what to choose. The sandwich was well presented and tasted great!

The staff are terrible there, I will never return to that store again. Me and my mum went to buy 6 foot long Turkey sub sandwiches today, the lady with blond hair was so unfriendly and only put two pieces of turkey on each footlong sandwich. When we complained she added one more to each sandwich but treated us so badly after that! We paid over $50 for empty sandwiches. I strongly suggest never go to that store!

Staff uninterested, Unhappy and move and the speed of a snail. Stood here for 10 mins with no acknowledgement of my presence. I could see they were busy with a big DoorDash order but they didn’t even say “ sorry for the wait we are a little busy” just totally ignored me until I piped up.
This place needs to be better managed, as do the staff. Poor buggers are obviously getting flogged and with no direction.

This subway deserves NEGATIVE rating as there staff can go above and beyond to win the first prize being lazy and careless. Two girls sitting in the back chatting laughing one small healthy Indian girl omg she took forever to make one sandwich horrible. Better if there is another subway store next to it i bet they wont get any customer.!!

Pretty disappointing experience at this store today.
I walked in a little before 3pm and ordered my regular, a "Foot long chicken teriyaki on Italian herb and cheese, with bacon, not toasted...please"
The lady then proceeds to tell me they only have white and wheat left...this is annoying, but not the end of the world, I can deal with that.
after acknowledging the order, she starts to place the chicken and bacon on my sub where I have to remind her that it's not toasted and she will need to heat the chicken and bacon.
I then ask for 6" avocado, which I wish I hadn't as this seemed to be far to complex a request for the staff member to process as it was a footlong sub, not a 6". I had to explain I would like the 6" portion of avocado spread across the entire footlong sub.
we then move on to the salads...once again, something that should be a very simple task. The salad bar was an absolute mess, with salad spread all over the place and bits of olives and other salads spread through multiple different containers. Because of this, I ended up with a several items on my sub I did not ask for, which they then had to pick off.
now we're at the register and ready to pay....i'm asked if i'd like any cookies and when I answer yes, i'm told they don't actually have any cookies available... I pay, grab a receipt and get ready to leave only to notice they've charged me for 12" avocado (It's only a $1.10 extra, but that's not the point). I then raised this and another staff member came to help fix the mistake.
FINALLY, it's time to eat my food. I bite into my sub and the chicken and bacon are both stone cold and the sub is inedible. I called the store immediately and all they could do was take my name for the manager to contact me when they can.
Not only was the food terrible, the salad bar a mess and the bread shelves empty, but the actual store itself was a mess. The floors were filthy, especially behind the counter. There were bits of salad scattered everywhere, dirt swept into piles and paper rubbish sitting on the floor.
now i'm hungry and annoyed...thanks.

I ordered a footlong Meatball Sub with salad on the Cheese Bread and an Orange Juice yesterday before 12 pm, paid for the Sub n Drink PLUS paid for delivery due to being injured and having limited mobility.
It took OVER an hour to be delivered.
It was NOT what I ordered !!!
I was given a footlong Pepperoni sub with tomato and onion slathered in mayonnaise and on Oat bread with a small coke Zero.
I am severely ALLERGIC to Mayonnaise and Wheatsoy Products.
If I hadn't checked the order first I would have been hospitalized at minimum, worst case could have died.
I rang the store and informed them I was given the incorrect order and explained I was severely allergic to mayonnaise and wheatsoy products and that it was NOT what I ordered and paid for.
I was told by Management they will NOT give me my CORRECT order and will NOT reimburse me.
They not only REFUSED to give me the correct order BUT REFUSE to give me my money back.
Thats THEFT !!!

I ordered a footlong white with pizza melt and it was the best subway I’ve ever had in my life, thanks to the stuff and the bloke who made my sandwich today, such a friendly person and would highly recommend if you want a custom sandwich to ask for the bloke
