Cafe 63 Nundah

Coffee was good but would not recommend toasted sandwiches, this was even after taking it back to ask for it to be toasted longer. Put back in toaster for 10 seconds and still barely browned and cheese not melted. Person serving me said if I wanted it toasted more I have to tell them next time as this is their standard level of toasting 🤨 won’t be back

Waited almost an hour to be served a below average breakfast. Pretty sure I ate raw bacon for the first time. I asked for poached eggs and got scrambled which was flavourless. The best part of my breakfast was the butter on the bread or the hash brown. Staff were polite and friendly & the coffee was not bad.

It’s one of the worst customer service ever in a Cafe63 franchise. I ordered a takeaway coffee I was sitting in a table, they didn’t call my name and when I noticed my coffee was already made and out in the counter space it was already cold, I asked them to replace it as it was already cold and nobody called my name but the staff rudely refused, so had to pay extra money for another cup of coffee. This is one of the worst ever customer service I have ever faced in my life and the rude behaviour of the staff in this cafe should be improved as if I request to replace my drink because of their fault I should get it. I hope the Cafe63 management would have a deep insight into this matter if not they are going to loose a lot of customers lately.

I like the meal options of Cafe 63 and they are affordable. Nundah is not too far from where I live and there is one staff member I enjoy serving me. Then again, I prefer Cafe 63 Fortitude Valley these days. I just made friends with the previous staff, then the ownership and staff changed. Parking is only 30 mins, I got a fine and it's outdoor. But there might be parking under the gym. Toilets need a key - a card on a lanyard - and there is only one. I have considered getting gym membership so I can use their toilets. Not a lot of outdoor seating options at times. The indoor atmosphere needs improvement.
