My girlfriend and I ordered from uber eats and she got a mcchicken with extra extra cheese. She was enjoying her mcchicken with extra extra cheese when to her horror, she looked down at her more than half eaten burger to see a bug wedge in her mcchicken bun, she was inches away from eating said bug. As she has an extreme fear of bugs in general, she launched into a massive panic attack and couldn't stop crying for 20 minutes, understandably so, I would of cried too! We stormed into Maccas and told them of the situation and they gave us a refund of the mcchicken burger (although the whole $50 order went to waste as we were both too repulsed to continue), and assured us the matter would be investigated. Thank you to maccas manager that helped us out you were very lovely and understanding, but still, isn't a situation I will stay quiet about! Note to self: inspect burger bun on order.

Generally we have good experiences with this store. This evening has been very disappointing though. We ordered through the mobile app and picked up in drive-thru, as we've done most other times, but my husband's sandwich is missing and our daughter's was supposed to be double, labelled "double", but is only single. Unfortunately we did not find any of this out until we were home so we have tried calling for a good 15 min. No one answers, no way to leave a message, etc. When half of the food ordered is wrong or missing, that becomes a costly error :( Very disappointed

Shocking, ordered extra sweet and sour sauce and recieved none at all. Chips were ice cold and, although the girl at the drive through window was lovely, the people in the back providing the orders were rude and hardly even spoke a word or made eye contact.

I come here instead of the local Edens Crossing Maccas. It’s ten minutes further to get home but the food is hotter and the order is always correct. Staff are friendly and motivated

The kids working never listen to the instructions of the order. 8 out 10 smth is not right. Serving not warm enough food is really disappointing in this winter weather.

Got our order wrong totally, overcharged us, lots of staff standing around chatting loudl y, furniturebroken- Maccas has gone so downhill , we are done with Maccas!!

Don’t know why we ever come here , every time they forgot items and the food is always cold. Guess we just need to learn a lesson and stop coming.
Tried to call to tell them the burgers might be made by monkeys but no answer.
