Nessun Dorma Coffee Shop

Like many other reviews - my partner and I are regulars and we love the coffee at Nessun but the service absolutely terrible. In a small suburb where the community is tight and cafes are few, I just don’t understand how the owners can let their customer service standards be so poor. Some days you can’t even get a service, let alone a hello. Such a shame when you’re product is good.

Coffee is amazing and deserves 5 stars. One of the best coffee places i have been to in Brisbane, and i live locally so it has become my regular place. However the service sucks. I have been going here for 6 months now ans have introduced my friends and family to this place. Without fail they all love the coffee but notice how poor the service is, with comments 'a smile would go a long way'. This morning i ordered my usual coffee and the barista who served me didn't greet me and didn't even asked what i wanted he just looked at me as if to ask for my order. I start my morning with a coffee i walk/drive to this place before headding to work. I also work in cudtomer service and i believe good customer sercice can change someones day. I feel feedback is important and it would go a long way to maybe just smile or greet customers that little bit better. I spend $5 every day 7 days a week and all i am asking for is a friendly face at my local coffee place. I left today feeling like i had imposed on their day and that my presence as a customer is not valued. It is only after this ecperience that i decided to give feedback. If you are after excellent coffee this is your place. If you are after excellent service currently this is not your place. Cheers.

Horrible service is provided here. They take ages to turn out your coffee and most of the time they get your order incorrect. The prices of their coffee are way too high especially since they roast their own coffee, which theoretically should make it cheaper. In addition, I am a roaster and know that whoever is roasting those beans do not know what he or her is doing.

Approached the store looking at a sign advertising a lunch special. Sounded like a delicious meal. Walked in to find out that their kitchen was closed. Decided to buy banana bread. Staff brought it out saying that the toaster wasn't working so it wasn't hot. Quite disappointed in the customer service. Thy could have at least pulled in the sandwich board sign so other people don't walk in expecting a meal only to be rudly declined. I will only come here again to buy beans.
