Mcdonald's

So that's $15 I'll never get back.... If that wasn't the worst meal I've been served up & I've partly tasted (one bite of stone cold burger). I don't know what was....!! As the photos will show the chips were only parcooked but way over salted to the Max...!! I had two of the first lot of chips & drove back thru & told them that they were cold they said they would get me fresh ones...... Yeah right, they were exactly the same...!! Then I get home / back to the hotel and open up the rest & find.... 1. Coke 3/4 full.. 2. Straw already half open.. 3. Napkin scrunched up & with a tiny bug on it...!! 4. Burger - no sauce - no tomato = charged 50 cents... - minimal lettuce that wouldn't fill a teaspoon = charged 50 cents..... - Stone cold - patty tasted almost frozen cold.... 5. No sweet & Sour Sauce = charged 50 cents... This was not my first or second choice...!! First I asked for a chicken wrap - nope none available. Then I asked for a toastie- nope none available . Then I was asked "are you ordering anything?" To which I was like wow...!! I explained I couldn't see a menu as it only displayed family packs & some pictures... So I asked about two or three things which was an effort for the young girl to answer...!! Then told I'd have to pay for the extras NO PROBLEM but never received really poor form....!! Then get to second window the second time & the three young girls are all just standing around talking.....!! Needless to say Maccas standards really have dropped in all realms it seems, hence why we seem to select Hungry Jack's if having this treat.... Especially now after loosing our home in the floods, we can't afford a Disgusting half arsed expensive meal that doesn't come thru & ended up in the bin.....!! Oh & I tied a few chips up to show how soft & pliable they were....!! 🤔🤔🤔🤮🤮🤮🤮🤬😡

Probably the worst experience I've had with McDonald's. Toilets are disgusting. Urinals have not been cleaned and are heavily stained. Toilets have a strong smell of old urine . Staff rude and did not acknowledge customers. Staff too interested in serving their own frozen Coke's and licking the side of the cups. Food was left on the server without acknowledging customers or numbers order numbers and food was served cold. McChicken..... Don't expect source on your burger. Poor quality and disappointed in the management of the store.

It's not often we get Mc Donald's, very disappointed with standard of food. The store was clean at least. The fries we received were cold and soggy. Burgers were medicore. Other than a few pieces of lettuce, the rest was in the box. Pretty much all the food was lukewarm. Very disappointed with product standards.

Not the first time they failed miserably. Breakfast this time was mighty muffin meal, pancake meal and 10 nuggets meal. Order came to the table with the 3 drinks being cuddled by the server. of course drinks were spilling from the covers. It was missing butter, syrup, utensils, fries, napkins and sauce! No thought and pride at what they do. I asked for those things and came back missing napkins, utensils and sauce. Another follow up on th napkins and he gave us 2 pieces. Still no sauce. Coke was also just 3/4 full!
