Yum Cha Noodle Haus serves one of the best fried chicken! The fried chicken is nice and crispy (juicy inside - soaked in Soy sauce). The rice was well cooked and had a bit of Soy and sweetness in it - which made it delicious!!!
The price is Good - $11.90 (Fried Chicken, rice and some veggies) and you can add a Drink and 2x Fried Chicken Wings for $2 extra)!!!
The team were great (welcoming) and let me tried some Fried Chicken before I ordered the food!!
Would definitely be back to try different dishes on the menu!!

Ordered one of my favourite dishes Laksa soup. The meat and chicken tasted like it had been reheated and served again. There were 1 and a half prawns and the whole thing looked as though they just slopped-it altogether. On complaint, they suddenly don’t speak English. Diner beware of the quality of their food. The meat and chicken is not fresh

My mum ordered a dish and a different one was made and served to her. When she kindly approached the lady who took the order, the chef came out from the back and started to argue to my mum that the dish served was what she ordered. My mum always orders the same thing when we come here so she tried explaining to the chef. Chef raised her voice at my mum and showed some unprofessional behaviour towards her. I had to come and figure out why a simple mishap was a big and loud commotion. We ended up getting our money back after a mouthful from the Chef. Left with the Chef still yelling at us for her own mistake. Noodle Haus Yum Cha Myer Centre, please sort this out and make sure your staff are respectful when handling customer inquiries/problems. I have never experienced this before. I work in retail and know the value of keeping a customer happy to secure their business. We won’t be coming back.

Not sure as to why they’re getting such low reviews. This is the only yum cha I can get to now that their north lakes store has shut. That was unfortunate. Unsure still as to why they’d closed. They did okay for a while at least. Miss them being there, but I’d make this trip worth it to getting here to have their Laksa. It’s one of the best I’ve had. Though I wish to travel before making that final. It’s because of here, that laksa is one of my favourite meals. The additional order of Asian greens would make it more worthwhile too.
I’ve had only one sad experience here, but that’s not enough for me to be let down. I would love for this place to continue their successes. Possibly bless me with some of it, please and thank you. The only reason why I gave them less than five stars is due to their site still having north lakes as a location of the yum cha noodle haus, as it is no longer there. Make an experience for yourself. Don’t leave it to others all the time, you’ll only let yourself down.

Worst noodle ever had, bad customer service. ordered roast duck noodle soap, but noodle was terrible over cooked. Talk to the staff and she’s been very rude, saying, ok we just refund your money, is that what you want? I was shocking the way she treat the customer, not recommend at all.

I went to the Yum Cha noodle Haus on a Sunday after looking for some simple rice dishes. I decided on their BBQ pork and rice, which is usually a simple dish, but I was soon to learn that microwaving is not the same a BBQ'ing.
The first thing that was off to me was the fact that the container was extremely hot and steaming as I opened this up. I've never had BBQ pork that was steaming. Once opening I could see that the bottom half is filled with watery sauce with rice in it. The second part is the meat itself was rubbery and wet.
I gave this back to the front staff and said that I would like a refund of my money because this was really not what I wanted. The manager then said "Ok Bye." and both staff walked away just ignoring me.
Going on the behind side of the little restaurant you can see that all the containers are already prepared and are put into microwaves under the benches to heat up before serving.
My expectations were low, but this was just lazy. I have attached an image below to give you an idea of what to expect

Very limited in actual Yum Cha dishes, it also offers Noodles or Rice with BBQ meats. I don't actually like how everything is already cooked and placed in plastic boxes. The noodles are soggy too. They serve sweet chilli sauce with the fried prawn parcels which ewww is not how Chinese actually eat them at all!! Another one to give a miss.
