Pho Vietnamese Kitchen

First time ever here, and I just want to say that everything is super delicious! Very fast service! And very decent prices, the second picture cost us less than $60 and everything is very filling!! Like one plate could be enough for 2 if you’re like me can’t finish a big meal by yourself! 😄 💯% recommend to all Vietnamese food lovers!

Would not recommend at all. ordered a Vietnamese salad and explicitly stated to the waitress I was allergic to peanuts. I confirmed this twice with her, that all meals were to be peanut free which she said was fine. My main course and the starters then came our covered in peanuts. These were sent back, with the promise they would correct this. They then re sent out the main meal, which had peanuts again still in the noodles, and so not easily seen but still there! If I had eaten the meal I would have ended up in hospital due to the allergic reaction, and if my husband hadn’t checked the second time I wouldn’t have noticed they were there. There was a pathetic apology offered, and no understanding of how seriously they need to take allergies. Would NOT recommend to anyone with any form of allergies as they do not take it seriously at all.

Aunty at the front only smiles and talk nicely to white men. Couples are ignored too, takes the order and left to tap pay and left to serve the table or open bottle of beers for the men. 🤢 Was too busy talking to another male customer, misheard my order and try to convince me to take it instead of cancelling and redund the difference. Food was eh, have had better at the Garden City store. Only chose this because we had good experience and enjoyed the taste at the garden store.

Flavourless, not like a real pho at all. Very disappointing. The broth was like plain stock. We ordered takeaway and they forgot our spring rolls so we had to go back. Then when we got to the park we planned to eat at we realised they didn’t give us any utensils so we had to drive home to eat. Won’t go back. $18.50 each for bland noodles and veggies in stock. Absolute rip off.

Been here twice, I think the foods are okay in my opinion. The beef pho is much better than I expected. The broth is clean, herbal and flavoursome. The chicken pho comparatively is less impressive, lacking a bit of flavour. The other foods we got are acceptable but nothing special. Many reviews were quite negative about the stir fried and sizzling dishes, also noticed many people ordered those dishes at the restaurant. This is a Vietnamese restaurant, do you think their specialty is Chinese foods? Come on. Get a bowl of beef pho or rice vermicelli noodle next time.

I give this restaurant a 2 star rating - simply because I love their food. But everything about this restaurant is an absolute pain. Terrible customer service, terrible website management, terrible Uber service. They never answer the phone. For some reason their phone number doesn’t work on every phone (it says the number has been disconnected), but other phones work. Then if the number rings, they likely won’t pick up. At least twice ordering Uber, food took 2 hours to arrive. I only live 5 minutes from the restaurant. If I picked up - it would have taken 15 mins total for it to cook. I don’t have this issue so regularly with any other restaurant. When you order food online, you will get smaller or lesser portions than if you picked up. 10/10 times ordering spring rolls through Uber, I get 3 spring rolls. 10/10 times picking up my order/calling ahead, I get 4. A lot of the times the chicken portions through Uber is smaller also. One time I ordered based on their websites price. I arrived to collect my order to be told their prices have been changed but they have not updated on their site - costing at least another $9, despite it being their mistake for not updating their website. Anyways, clearly I eat here often, the girls are always nice & super helpful, the food is always amazing. But ordering here is nothing shy of frustrating.
