Such a delight and relief to find a trustworthy reputable florist so close by. Thank you to Flowers by the Bay for the beautiful flowers delivered "as ordered" and "early" on my daughter's birthday. She loves them. And thank you also for incorporating blue in the arrangement for my Grandson, as this was also a belated 1st Mother's Day gift. It was easy to order from Canada and my email inquiry was answered within minutes. The flowers were delivered well within 24 hours. My google search shows you have a coffee shop as well. We'll stop by next time I visit. Wishing you much earned success.

You never can be sure what your money can buy with flowers and after today I would recommend Flowers by the Bay. I placed an online order and it was all dispatched & delivered within two hours! The delivery fee is very reasonable by comparison to other florists and their 'small' arrangement itself stunning & chocked full of beautiful blooms. Valentine's Day is the hardest day to order flowers on... Every florist is so busy. It's also Mum's Birthday so imagine trying to organise flowers for her from Melbourne to be delivered to her in Queensland (also I left it last minute calling Saturday for Monday the 14th). I got told by a couple of florist that I would have to just accept whatever I got because it was hectic with Valentine's Day and a couple said they couldn't take the order, which I understand. Well the guys from Flowers by the Bay took the order and worked through with me what I was hoping for and were very accommodating matching my trying to be reasonable being last minute. I hung up and thought, that was easy... That made me worried! Well there was no reason to be, Mum got her flowers, big beautiful fresh on time and no hassle. These guys are really great value, easy to deal with and delivered more than what was expected on their busiest day of the year. It made Mum's day which made mine. Thanks guys! I always buy The Art of Tea loose tea from Flowers by the Bay. When they were out of stock of the large bags for my latest order, Jacky went above and beyond and sent me 3 small packs complimentary, to keep me going until she received the next order.
