Pizza Hut Coopers Plains

Ordered two pizzas, both of them had more raw onion on them than anything else which made them inedible. What of the pizzas was a BBQ chicken and bacon and was completely missing the bacon. I took the food back to the store and was promised a refund the next day. How ever it’s been a couple of days now and nothing has happened. Don’t trust the staff as far as you can see them.

The experience we had with this store was abysmal. They were supposed to deliver our pizzas contactless but they took it back to the store. When I contacted the driver who turned out to also be the owner, asking for our pizzas to be delivered, he refused! He told me that he called and he knocked on our door and we didn't answer. I told him we asked for contactless delivery because of covid concerns and he said covid wasn't a thing anymore and that contactless deliver isn't a thing? He tried to charge me an extra $5 to bring our pizzas back to which I refused to pay. I said you can either give us a refund or deliver our pizzas and he refused to do either. I told him this was theft at this point to which he said he would deliver them but he didn't like my behaviour? The manager was argumentative, coercive and downright thuggish, trying to shake me down for more money. Also by the time we actually got our pizzas they were cold. I wish I could give a lower rating than one for this store. Shameful behaviour on behalf of the manager and shame to Pizza Hut for allowing this type of behaviour.

Personal pizza (tiny $5 pizza) that I ordered to take to friend across road in QEII hospital took 45 minutes. On ordering it was to be 15 mins. Got to shop and paid and was told 2 more minutes. Each time I asked I was told 2 more minutes. After 35 minutes I was told it had been upgraded to a medium pizza 'for no extra charge' and would be 2 minutes. Another 7 minutes later I got the pizza - total of 45 minutes wait. Took it to my sick friend who could only eat 2 slices (that's why I ordered the tiny size) and the rest had to go in the bin. And my planned 1 hour visit was cut in half after wasting the extra half hour on top of the expected 15 min wait time at the pizza shop. If you can't do the order, just say so and I could've gone through the Hungry Jacks drive-through next door.

Ordered 3 pizzas for picked up last Friday 11 March 2022 around 8pm ish. Not only that all of the pizzas are wrong, they make us come back and picked it up only to have the other pizza wrong. I was too tired and hungry to bother anymore but I was wondering how the hell could you make a pizza wrong? There's not even a single consolation for the trouble of going back there. Never coming back there again ever!
