I highly recommend taking your custom elsewhere. This business seems to have forgotten that they work in the "hospitality" industry. Considering how difficult most hospitality businesses have done due to Covid-19, one would think that businesses would be eager to serve customers . . . not Gloria Jean's. I arrived with an 89yr old gentleman and my severely vision impared 85yr old auntie for afternoon tea just after 3pm nearly 1.5hrs before their advertised closing time to find all tables and chairs stacked away. In the days when I worked in the hospitality industry, we offered hospitality. We took customer orders until 15min before closing time and after all customers left the premises, we got down to the business of closing, deep cleaning and preparing for the next opening service period. Pick up your game Gloria Jean's! You work in the hospitality industry. Show some hospitality.
