Great bargains! Best angus crumbed steak ever! None of this grissley fatty steak in it! Love it at $7.99 a kilo you cant go wrong! Great source of iron for your body too.

Pros: Pleasant quiet atmosphere. Nice staff. Food at a reasonable price. Workers there put in tremendous effort, very hardworking and idealistically ambitious.
Cons: For its unpopulated area I believe ingredients would be sitting there getting old/not very fresh. Food is a little too spicy for my liking, and am sure there has been overcharges in pricing. Curry a little runny while dry dishes are too dry. Meat is chewy, one time I didn't even know what I was even eating in the spring roll. Am not convinced food is halal despite halal certificate shown as I've seen workers there buying meat from its neighbour Big Gun Butchers. It is unfair to be deceived that the food served is halal when in actuality it's not. From viewing other reviews here and my personal experience, I am sorry to say I have witnessed the female owner named Dao verbally abuse other customers/visitors and arguing and physically hitting staff for not getting things her way. Not very professional to be seeing the Thai staff argue in store and even in reviews. Disappointed to read other reviews to further confirm this.

I don't understand why BIG GUN BUTCHERS hide all the fat and bones in meat packs, even when you are paying the full price. I understand that you don't charge as much as the normal butcher, and that is because you give below standard quality of meat. I purchased PORK SPARE RIBS with sauce and you really couldn't see if it was all fat or not, until I opened the pack and used the pressure cooker, and below is what is the outcome of it. $16.26 for 1.16kg of spare ribs that approx more than half would have been fat and rind. HONESTLY GUYS Why not scrap all the fat and bones you put into packs and ask a little more money, and then you would have a good clientele instead of a REVIEW of 2.9 which is very POOR.

Meat quality is pretty good but there customer service needs work, telling a customer to hurry up when they look at there notes is not okay.
