Domino's Pizza

The supervising manager was really friendly and accomodating to all of our needs, he certainly created an experience which will bring our business back to buy pizzas from there again. Really appreciated the late change to the milkshake and adding the syrup to a new cup and adding extra whipped cream. Overall awesome experience which is unexpected from a dominos franchise.

This dominos store overcharged me twice! The same order but double quantity. When I told my bank about it they would give me a refund but no, dominos said it must have been a computer glitch at our end. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, they are robbers and did it to me twice..plus the pizzas werent very good either below the expectation even when ordering double toppings and paying extra they couldnt even do that. IT HAPPENED TWICE IN A ROW. I think they are a bunch of cheapskates more like it. If you want better pizzas go to pizza capers instead. Not this trash.

My last order took 45 minutes and I am less than 2 km from the store. Chicken was cold and 1 of the pizza's burnt. Wouldn't call it cheap for the product recieved but I guess you pay for the convenience. Was asked to review from Domino's on line app, otherwise would not have bothered. To be honest I won't be rushing back.

No offence but like how hard is it to remember sauce. I work in hospitality and get it gets busy but the sauce has been forgotten pretty much every time we’ve ordered from here both on pizza, as a side or the sauce for the dessert which (churros have no seasoning). I’m not trying to be mean just a girl who loves sauce and don’t think it’s super hard to read an order. I even asked if you remembered the sauce this time.

I bought a pizza and had to throw away the whole thing because it tasted like cleaning products. I understand and appreciate that they keep their facilities clean, specially in today's circumstances.Regardless, it is dangerous to have these chemicals go carelessly on the food. I wasted my money on a pizza that I had to throw away and when presenting my concerns they only said they would be more careful without offering any sort of compensation. I have been a Domino's client all over the world but this location and their customer service has really disappointed me.
