My chicken wings turned up uncooked, see photo attached. I called the store and they didn't believe me, they actually asked me to check how many pcs were uncooked. I can't get a refund apparently so they are a sending out another order of chicken wings which will be cooked properly they tell me and they want the uncooked wings back. Anyways im never ordering from Pizza hut again after this mistreatment by the Warner Staff. Thank you

They have lost my business forever.
I love pizza! And I always get my pizza at Pizza Hut Warner, I spent $40 on Friday 15/07. The app said it would be delivered at 6.30 pm and I found myself ringing them at 7.20 asking where my food was, they said the oven broke and my food was delayed, the manager said sorry and said I’ll just give this whole order to you for free, it’s been 4 days I haven’t heard anything? Anyway the food came delivered and the meat lovers with hollandise sauce was literally drenched in the holl sauce, I paid for a drizzle and it was leaking the sauce I literally had to put it in the bin, I have heard nothing from the manager, I’m going to start spending my hard earn dollars at the dominoes next door from now on

Food tasted stale and flavourless and the store was disgusting. Food was all over the place on the floor in their kitchen. Was cleaned up quite promptly when the bloke in charge noticed my facial expression. Isn't encouraging that the mess itself didn't prompt a response.

Over an hour wait for delivery. The "thin" base is thick and chewy. Not exactly an enjoyable eating experience. Overall very flavourless pizzas. More than half our order tonight will be going in the bin it's that bad. We will just be sticking with dominoes from now on.

These guys unfortunately just couldn't compete. (Gone are the days of big Pizza Hut, so it seems, such a shame, like all u can eat restaurant @ Kirra on the beach as a kid).
The staff had 'difficulty' & we ended up having to go to Domino's. I'd prefer my home made, tho it's meant 2b cheap & easy meal 4 kids. Sorry guys, next time ..?..

Would not recommend, been waiting an hour and a half paid for my order, called the shop the automated reply said pizza was on its way then the shop was no answer stayed on hold for 10 mins before hanging up then the app says the shops closed, no phone call nothing they took my money and order then closed, safe to say I will be going there in person tommorow got two kids screaming at me for dinner and can’t even get a phone call from Pizza Hut, back to dominos I go
