So sad. Waited a long time for my creme brulee latte and finally got it and it was luke warm at best. Not many Gloria Jeans around so when I finally find one to be served a cold coffee is soul destroying.

They recently got new owners and staff and honestly this is the best coffee I have had in a long time the staff are super friendly and the food was absolutely amazing and fresh honestly 10/10 I will be coming back and recommending to everyone I know

My mum and I had a truly lovely experience at Gloria Jean's Underwood. The service was absolutely brilliant, the hot chocolate was delicious and the flake cheesecake was fantastic. I am definitely going back and the environment is fabulous.

Total disappointment. After checking the reviews, we decided to order The very vanilla chiller from this store. The owner try to save on coffee, so he use other customer's orders and mix the coffee from different order to mine. My drink is just sugar and ice, no taste of coffee at all.

Just an abuse of your need for a coffee, I just to came often for a great coffee, this changed, it is my second time after the memories of that great coffees.... first time I thought it was just a bad barista day.... not true second time same burnt bean flavoured coffee ( beans are not as standards or cleaning of the machine is none)

Been coming here for over 2 years now, staff are extremely friendly and make great coffee! One of my absolute favourite places to grab my morning coffee! i make a lot of my own coffee at home and when i buy whole beans here my coffee at home tastes so much better also!

Really bad picollo coffee that was curdled. Has happened in the past. This time I thought I would notify head office, so they can get some decent training. Only to be first told that it wasn't their cups and had to provide proof of purchase. So I told them the time ordered etc, after which I was offered a free coffee voucher and I said I would prefer the staff were trained correctly, and got a response saying that it basically only looks like that after couple of hours of making the coffee (so basically telling me I was lying). Please teach your staff to make a decent cup of coffee. The coffee wasn't 2 hrs old it, the curdled picture was taken within minutes of ordering. Very disappointed in the way the store and head office handled my concerns.

I usually experience a very low standard of customer service here however, one friendly and professional staff member made one of the best Mochas I've ever had on the planet and I travel. Served with a smile. Hope they can retain good staff. 2021 update, passive aggressive customer service continues.
