The latte was served at the table. (See photo). Me: look at the latte. Hope the day doesn't look like this latte. A gentlemen from the shop(G) : coming around and stop at my table. "How is your coffee?". Me: ur ... just look at the coffee and tell me if this is the latte that is served everyday. I think the coffee wasn't tamped hard enough and the milk was overheated. G: no sir. Do you know who made this? Me: no i don't. G: let me made you another one, taking the latte in side. 5min later a beautiful young lady(L) came out with another latte. L: said arrogantly " what was wrong with the coffee? This is the latte that i made everyday." Me: thinking... if you dont want to improve then don't send someone out and ask about the coffee. Ps: latte is under average. Other staff were friendly, except this young lady.(i think she is the boss) I did not try the food here, so the review is for coffee only. Hope the coffee will be improved as this shop has a good view of the street.

I've been here a few times for coffee and business meetings. The staff are always friendly. Professional and welcoming. They deal well with our complicated orders. The outdoors upstairs balcony area is great for a meeting. Last time, i had a sweet potato gritted burger. The bun was fresh and the critters were tasty and crisp. Recommended.

I'm a bit surprised by the reviews on here of the new owners. I've found them to be quite interested that we are happy with our food. I found the food to be Excellent, 5 stars to the kitchen. The front of house is a mess though. They need to invest in a computer system, the paper method is causing them to be slow and make mistakes. Price is a bit high for suburban cafe, but like I said, the food is fantastic so it keeps me coming back.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went in there today at around 11.30-12.00 and the owner, I think, was really rude. I overheard her talking really negatively about someone but I chose not to say anything. Service was poor, the place seems really dirty and gives off a bad feeling. They don't use gloves when preparing scones and cakes. I ordered a takeaway coffee and it tasted horrible. Overall I don't recommend going to this place ever. Find somewhere better.

We went for a family lunch. The food was exceptionally great. They always have some amazing deals. The service has improved alot ever since the new owners have taken over.Great coffee & amazing fresh juice selections. Very friendly owners, always very welcoming. My daughter also enjoyed her free babychino! Definately recommended to anyone looking for a nice and great ambience. Awesome team /management. 5++++ rating!

I'd pay in cash to give them a 0 star rating. I went in on a Monday and the young server was lovely, she really made my day better. But aside from that there was nothing good about the place, I could tell that the young employees were overworked. It seems like the owners need to learn a bit about how to run a business. The food wasn't great either.

Second review. March 2017 I have dropped my rating down to 2 stars. I have been coming here for over 12 months and I normally enjoy the experience. This time it all went wrong. They were not busy so cant use that as an excuse. My Eggs Benedict was mostly spinach and the eggs were hard. There was 4 of us at the table and after everyone except me got their drinks, we had to ask 2 more times before my coffee was delivered. I hope they read this and lift their game as this used to be a good place to go for breakfast. First review 2016 Breakfast is great, coffee is a little weak. Had the Eggs Benedict and enjoyed it. Coffee was a Flat White, but tasted more like a latte. Staff was very helpful. Free wifi if you ask for a password. Would get 5 stars if the coffee was better.
