Sensiika Day Spa Cafe

Customer service was INCREDIBLY poor, horrible decor/environment. But the horrendous s Lady was rude when serving, laughed at my request for with her colleague, and generally rude throughout the entire experience. Only reason I went through with the transaction was overwhelming hunger, and couldn't be bothered going anywhere else. Outside area is unkempt. Seats and tables are wonky. Kitchen safety standards definitely not being upheld. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don't make the same mistake!

Whilst on my travels to Brisbane, Australia, I enjoyed a massage at Sensiika Day Spa Cafe. I was so indulged myself during the entire session. Honestly, I have tried many Spa and there's always a couple of drawbacks that you would complain about. Like receptionist is not friendly at all, therapists are so unprofessional( like using mobile while massaging me!!!!) or the environment is not clean. And here, it's just FANTASTIC. I also tip well that day to the therapist who served me. I will be back shortly for sure for different massage. Well recommended!!!!

I was treated to a massage for my Birthday, and have just come from the spa feeling absolutely fantastic! The therapist was only tiny but she was so strong and my aching muscles have been totally relieved and my body feels great. I'm so impressed I bought gift vouchers for the whole family. Thanks and you'll be seeing me again soon.

Just wanted to let you know, that you do what you do so well, hands down the best massage experience i have ever had. We chilled with some fresh juices before our Deluxe package, which I have to tell was just the best indulgence someone can treat themselves to. Then after our three hours of bliss we ate lunch in your cafe. What a way to finish, I would just come again for the lunch... I'm so impressed. Thank you.

I will not be going back here. Being a local to the area we often get takeaway lunch from here. Today, while waiting for our order I witnessed one of the worst displays of language coming from the owner to his staff who I have only every found to be extremely kind and polite. The language used was not repeatable. After waiting 20 minutes for takeaway food I was told that the owner had decided to shut the kitchen early today and would not be making my order and was offered a refund. All because he was clearly in a foul mood. My experience here today was one of the worst displays of customer service I have experienced. I feel terribly sorry for the staff that work here and have to deal with the lack of respect and language used by this disgusting cafe owner.

This is literaly one of the best experiences I had so far in an establishment like this. I would totally recommend this for someone, we had a deep massage and it was literaly the best one I have ever had. It was recommended by a friend so I thought to give it a try. Some of the best personel in the company, keep on doing an amazing work and who knows I might find myself there again like tomorrow :) Those 90 minutes passed so fast so I will totally need to redo it.
