Lot's of positive energy and a beautiful location in the heart of Brisbane city. Their friendly staff members who are willing to help you quickly and efficiently to make your decision. The location offers inside and outside dining areas with spacious tables and bars to sit on. I really recommend this place for a visit. Cheers

I ordered a double cheeseburger at McDonald's Queen Street (restaurant 1514) on Wednesday 15 Dec 2021, at 15.10. The restaurant was not busy. Staff were standing around waiting for orders to be made. This is the quality and presentation of the burger given to me during a slow period. What has happened to presentation and standards? UPDATE: I visited this store a day or two later and ordered the same burger. The presentation was better this time around.

Good standard mcdonalds, good service, at times I feel sorry for the staff because it can be overwhelmed by customers but they seem to manage pretty well. The workers try their best but customers just need to be more considerate and clean after themselves and not to leave a mess. Props to the workers. They are amazing. Keep it up guys

Friendly staff quick service. The best thing for this is it has huge space you can easily get sit doesn’t matter how busy it is. Peaceful environment quality burgers and coffee. They also got some muffins and sandwiches which is good if you looking for something extra for the breakfast😂. Usually a bit busy but there is no doubt service is quick. You can sit inside or outside at balcony if you want to view the queens street. Really enjoyed time here at Wednesday morning. Will be back for sure ,if you are around please visit and enjoy I am sure you won’t regret.

I was sickened by how bad the customer service was at this Mac Donald’s. I have been to this store before and I have never seen it this bad. I expect better at MacDonalds as they strive for good customer service and fresh fast food. This happened on the 19th of May 2022 at 4:00pm, i ordered a medium coke, I expected it to be done in an orderly and quick manner. However this was not the case, as I ordered my coke with cash, I was told to go to the front counter to pay, however there was no one there for the first 10 minutes, despite the fact that a line was forming. The Worker that arrived was extremely rude and had a bad attitude towards the customers. I was very shocked by this as I expected to be there for only a maximum amount of time of 5 minutes however I was there for 20 minutes. As well as the coke taking a lot longer than expected to make. Overall I expected a lot better than this.

This is the 3rd time it happened to me. Ordered a double big mac (4 patties) only got a standard big mac (2 patties) took it back with the slip and girl tried to argue with me for 2 Min that it is correct. After speaking to the manager they realised the mistake and gave me a new one....not one of them said sorry or showed any care
