Domino's Pizza

Pizza is cold, garlic bread stale and cold, the cheese has gone hard again. For one of their premium “mega” pizzas this is incredibly disappointing. Missing additional toppings i ordered. Ironically the Pepsi is warm. It is Boxing day night and Pizza cappers is closed, however, I won't be using dominos Zillmere as an alternative again. Looks the same as left over pizza from the night before thats been in the fridge un covered!

Worst customer service ever. We ordered pizza and buttermilk chicken online at 7.30 pm and given estimated delivery time of 7.55 - 8.05. Pizza did not arrive and after delivery time changing a further 2 times I called and was told sorry, it’s just gone out, we’ve had a busy night. Food eventually turned up at 8.45 and was delivered by the Manager who had told me 20 mins before that it had gone out. I told him it wasn’t good enough and his response again was just “it’s been busy”. The food was cold and instead of buttermilk chicken we were given chicken wings. Manager had zero care factor. Will never order from Dominos Zillmere again.

Ordered pizza online, after waiting 40min went to check tracking, no tracking available called the shop to find out the order was canceled and nothing they could do to help me. According to them the only option was to order and pay for a new one and wait. Was told I should have a refund in 3-4 business days.

Customer service is horrid. Food arrived cold and 45mins later after paying the extra money to have it delivered in under 20 minutes. The delivery boy acted like I was inconveniencing him. Don’t be fooled by them to order extra toppings as they’re stingy and will give you the bare minimum. Wish I read the reviews before ordering for here.

Huge improvement recently. Even when delivered, pizzas have arrived fresh and hot. The ingredients all tasted good, seemed fresh and were plentiful.
