Well trained staff and fast efficient service at the drive through. Refreshing not to have to keep repeating myself or correct my misheard order. This branch could teach the others a thing or two.

30 minutes wait in the drive thru. Couldn’t leave as I was stuck behind other vehicles.
No apology or compensation.
Then they didn’t give me my sundae or tomato sauce.

Smiling service. Drive-thru menu lights not turned on so hard to read menu. Chicago Burger was expensive and unenjoyable. Don't waste your money on that one. Rest of order was ok but fries were very salty.

I asked for a lot of customised changes to a large order and they delivered without fault. That's important to a family of mixed allergies and sadly not everyone business gets it right. The staff here have get it right every time for me

Only complaint is the state of the men's toilet both the walls and the urinal look disgusting. Urinal that bad it probably would be best to replace with new one. Is the cleaner being monitored as to doing a proper clean on all areas of the toilets.

Manager needs to not yell at her staff. I'm eating inside and can hear the chaos. Need to talk to her staff at the back so customers can't hear the drama.

Pathetic. If only the franchise owner would take notice. Always missing items but the worst was when my 89 yo Grandfather had his one night weekly takeout and he got a cheeseburger instead of the pork belly deluxe! Ru kidding! Tang 4 times to request they replace. Phone rang out each time. Menulog orders are cancelled after half an hour. I have been to many a hungry jacks. Aspley HJ is the worst and has been for years. Staff don’t care and neither does Management. If I could give less than half a star a would. Feedback would be your friend if you’d bother

Standard Hungry Jacks, could do with a repaint on the outside, it almost looks permanently closed! Staff frequently forget order notes or sauces, but otherwise are pleasant to deal with
