Zambrero Nundah

I’m a regular customer, because unfortunately I’m a big fan of zambrero’s and Nundah zambies is the only option I have on Uber eats, and perhaps I’m a little too forgiving with too much hope in my heart. If I could give negative stars, I would. As a Zambies enthusiast, I’m constantly kicked in the d!ck with how truly terrible nundah is. Not only do they consistently get the order wrong, they often get it SO wrong it almost seems intentional. I’m not one to complain, but after living in the area for a year and a half and having my spirits crushed by sub par burritos far more times than I can count, I’ve had enough. There doesn’t even seem to be a consistent issue, it’s always different, I’m constantly kept on my toes by the astounding incompetence of the staff. Whether it’s missing items, wrong ingredients (for the love of god, enough with the corn) or presentation that looks like it’s been sat on by each staff member before being (I assume) pegged at full force into the bag. It can’t be because they’re overwhelmed by orders, I don’t think I’ve ever seen more than one customer in the store at a time when I’ve walked past. At this point I’m starting to wonder if it’s personal. Zambies, you’ve broken my trust, crushed my spirit and lost my patronage. At this point, there’s nothing that can make this right. I think the only thing I want to know is, is everything okay?

I am not one to post negative reviews, but I just paid $13.90 for some very sad looking vegetarian nachos. Hardly any beans or salads. No guac or sour cream. Just chips with melted cheese, a sprinkle of unfresh tomato and corn, and a drizzle of sauce. Zambrero is already expensive as it is. It wouldn't hurt to be a bit more generous with the servings. Will not be going back.

They don't accept orders from Deliveroo, Menulog or DoorDash (orders left on "waiting for the restaurant to accept the order" for almost 2 hours) Their phone is disconnected. We've tried to order from them several times over the past 2 months, they just don't bother to accept online orders. We've gone to their store and they have absolutely no customers there, so they aren't too busy to accept the orders, they are just lazy.

The food was good. We order nachos and a burrito. The nachos weren't very big but the burrito was very filling. The place was very clean and covid friendly. The staff were kind and treated use respectfully and quickly. The location was very well designed, plants and chairs outside made a welcoming environment with an adequate sitting area. With live music from across the street the atmosphere was electric and overall a great experience with delicious food
