Baskin-robbins

Really nice staff. Clearly proud to serve you some delicious ice-cream treats! Seems a little expensive, especially considering the close proximity to two other impressive ice-cream stores, but that is the only reason for giving it for instead of five. They have a great range of options sure to tempt anyone.

Have come here a couple times and usually it's pretty decent! But tonight all we wanted were a couple milkshakes. We were there for half an hour in total with only one person ordering in front of us when we got there. Both staff seemed to not know what they were doing (didn't know what went into specific orders other people ordering as well). The guy working then proceeded to play his loud and extremely inappropriate rap music very (luckily no kids were at the store at the time). My milkshake took a while to make and was very underwhelming. When the guy started to make my partner's milkshake he got distracted by two new female customers that had shown up and ordered and left his milkshake. When he returned to making it he stopped and visibly started texting for a while. Both milkshakes weren't mixed properly and it was like having ice cream scoops with milk rather than an actual shake. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

If I could give 6 starts I would. I was served by a young lady named Maz, and she was extremely energetic which made my experience at Baskin Robbins Rosalie for the first time spectacular. She has amazing customer service skills and was very easy to chat to. She showed me one of the cakes she was making and it looked incredible. I will definitely be coming back here in the future and I hope this young employee will be working, because I think that if I wasn’t served with the amount of energy and enthusiasm she provided, it would be just another ice cream shop on the side of the road. Excellent service from her, she definitely needs to be congratulated!

Chocolate cookie crackle and love potion. Is it too much to ask for those flavours to be available when I go to the local Baskin-Robbins? Apparently it is. We’ve resorted to calling before going in. Saves us from driving down about 60% of the time. It’s always the same excuse, “it didn’t come in the order today”. But great customer service every time.
