Pizza Hut Darra

I guess you learn a lot about the owners commitment from their response when something goes wrong. I have been ordering from the Pizza Hut Darra store for years now and have witnessed a noticeable decline in service quality as the franchise has changed hands. Yesterday (31/12/21) I ordered their creamy chicken alfredo (something I frequently order from them) for pickup and when I collected and brought it home I noticed it was something else entirely (lasagna I believe). I called the store to advise them of this mistake and they asked me to bring that product back and they would replace it with the correct order in about 10-15 mins. I returned to the store with the lasagna and they handed me the alfredo. When I brought it home again (about some 50 mins from my first order) it turned out the alfredo was frozen inside. I rang up the store again and felt like my calling was an inconvenience to them. They said they could deliver another one to my place in 10-15 mins which is inaccurate as it would take them at least 10 mins to heat up and depending on availability of the driver another 10-15 mins minimum to deliver. Their response was "what can we do...?". Without at any point in time offering a refund for an inedible product (to date I have paid for a product that couldn't be eaten without a refund). I have never experienced this from the Dominos near my area and I guess I know which franchise will get my support from now.

When here for lunch today and place a order for a personal lunch time deal. The pizza was very nice with lots of toppings, received the wrong wings but I’m not complaining as they are nice. Unfortunately first there was no coke ( I can live with that but the drink I received was hot just put into the fridge. To improved this just put the drinks in the fridge at the end of night shift. They were out of proper pizza boxes and bags only a small inconvenience But the overall look of the store look bad there is a broken table and the place is clean just looks rundown.

Not a bad place for fast food, but yeah people ordering from a fast food restaurant need to realise it's going to be exactly that "fast food". With that said I think the staff could also take some notes. Everytime I order pizzas from here the pizzas aren't even cut properly. I am not sure why some pieces are giant while others are tiny, my personal preference is that everything should be cut evenly and equal slices but that is just what I would do if I worked there. Sometimes toppings are missing as well. The customer service here is average at best sometimes leaning into rude territory. Staff here always look annoyed when talking with customers. We can see all the garbage in the back of the kitchen and towels lying everywhere. The place and quality of Pizzas can improve if the staff put more care and effort into what they are doing.

My bbq meat lovers and garlic bread never arrived. Called pizza hut and they were unhelpful and said that they couldnt find my order. He noted my phone number and said they would call me back and never did. Now me and my partner are hungry and frustrated. Total disrespect with a customer. Uber driver showed his bag and he didn’t have anything left.

Want to give them 0 star unfortunately there is no option for that. I ordered pizza online and told them to put extra sauce because I couldn’t find any options for sauces on the top. When i picked up my order it was dry pizza then told them to put sauce then they charged 2$ per pizza but that’s fine the main thing was rudely behaviour... he put sauce like madly just to finish his work. It was tasteless, oily and the crust was like chewing gum. Looks really yuk. This is 2nd time happened with me i will never ever go back there and never recommend anyone. 00000
