This bacon is harder than a rock. Taste a lot longer then just a couple of hours in the hot rack. McDonald’s this is outrageous, we pay a lot more these days to be served food from a couple of days prior. Get better or charge us less due to the quality of the food.

Orders two happy meal, no toys, no happy meal boxes but get full money!!! No responsibility when I asked can I go back to get my two toys when it's come. Staff just said it's not possible. How? Why? So disappointed.

I placed my order (a small cheeseburger meal and a small McChicken meal) at 10.33am. At 10.54am I asked for a refund. I was the third person to get a refund because of the wait times. There was no leadership, no communication, nobody leading or delegating. It was a mess. These bags on the bench where there when I got there and when I left. I also think that if they're that far behind, it's best to call McCafe items from McCafe for collection when they're ready, rather than a coffee sit for 20 minutes before it's handed out

My quater pounder.. never again... fresh is meant to be best, wat was the go or the hours that meat sat in the heat warmer....tried calling the restaurant about 30 times. They must have though it was a joke, shame guys lucky the health department don't come through serving food like that.

Five stars for Emma on the drive through at 5.30am in the morning. I always call through to get a coffee at that time and she is outstanding. She is always happy and very courteous. When she says "i hope you have a good day" it doesn't sound like the normal obligatory gesture, it sounds like she means it. I hope her supervisor tells her what a great job she does.

Terrible services - order dinner for the family - the burgers looked like someone had smashed them and then squirted tomato sauce on the outside of the buns.
We order four meals, however only received one small chips despite ordering four.
Happy meal toy was missing.
My son needed to go to the toilet at the end - someone had literally pooped all over the bathroom…
It isn’t even cheap anymore - don’t bother coming here with your family go to another restaurant close by that will value there customers by ensure they have good staff that care.

Pending on what day and time you go there food will either be really quick or waiting times up to 20 minutes in the drive thru.
Items are often forgotten with delivery orders and the menu boards never reflect what is actually available.
Staff are always friendly and pleasant though. Inside the store is always clean.
